DHUB is a multi-vendor marketplace built for how Pakistan actually shops online: verified sellers, prices you can compare, and delivery to more than 150 cities. Vendors bring the catalogue; we handle discovery, payment protection and the logistics layer around it.

Every seller passes ID and business verification before their first listing goes live, and preloved listings are condition-graded before they reach the storefront.

Transit times below are working days from vendor dispatch. Sundays are not delivery days and never count toward the estimate. Orders at or above Rs 2,500 ship free nationwide.

Returns and exchanges are open for 7 days after delivery. Pickup is free from your address; refunds settle in 3–5 working days after inspection, and exchanges ship the same day the pickup is scanned.

Payment is held until you confirm delivery. If an item never arrives, arrives damaged, or does not match its listing, open a claim from the order and the amount is returned in full — the vendor is settled separately.

Prepaid orders are verified at the hub before dispatch, which is why bank transfer carries a bonus on selected listings.

How long does delivery take?

Two working days to the main hubs (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi) and three to five days elsewhere, counted from vendor dispatch. Sundays are not delivery days and never count toward transit time.

When is delivery free?

Orders at or above Rs 2,500 ship free nationwide. Below that, the vendor's shipping fee applies plus a remote-area surcharge of Rs 150–350 for cities outside the main courier hubs.

Can I inspect the parcel before paying?

On Cash on Delivery, yes — riders allow an inspection before payment. Refuse the parcel at the door if it does not match the listing and nothing is charged.

How do I return or exchange something?

Open the order under My Orders and choose Return or Exchange within 7 days of delivery. A rider collects free of charge from your address; refunds land in 3–5 working days once the item passes inspection, and exchanges ship the same day the pickup is scanned.

How do I know a vendor is genuine?

Every seller is ID- and business-verified before their first listing goes live. Vendor ratings come from delivered orders only, so they cannot be padded with reviews from people who never bought.

How do I start selling on DHUB?

Create an account, pick the vendor role, and submit your CNIC plus business details. Listing is free; payouts run on a weekly cycle and are tracked live from the seller dashboard.

Using DHUB means agreeing to buy and sell in good faith. Listings must describe the actual item, including any wear on preloved goods. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch; after dispatch the returns process applies instead.

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, their stock levels and their dispatch commitments. Repeated failures on any of the three end the seller account and release any held payouts back to affected buyers.

Coupon codes are single-use per account unless the campaign states otherwise, and cannot be applied retroactively to a placed order.

We collect what an order needs: your name, phone number and delivery address, plus the account email used to sign in. Delivery details are shared with the vendor fulfilling your order and the courier carrying it, and with nobody else.

Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider and are never stored on DHUB servers. Browsing history used for “recently viewed” and saved-for-later stays in your own browser and is never uploaded.

You can request deletion of your account and its order history from the account menu at any time.
